Primero Group Americas expands its base in Montréal
After three years of continuous growth, the Americas team seeks to double its size
Primero Group Americas, a multidisciplinary engineering firm specializing in the minerals, energy and infrastructure industries, announces the expansion of its office in Montréal. This subsidiary of Australian company Primero Group plans to hire twenty or so new employees in the short and medium term to maintain the continuous growth it has enjoyed over the past three years.
“It’s simple, we invested in these new facilities in the heart of Montréal in order to double our workforce,” explains Jacques Parent, General Manager, Primero Group Americas. “Our client portfolio is growing every year and we have recently been awarded several new mandates. I am proud of the company’s development since our arrival here in 2016, and we are doing everything we can to keep up the momentum. ”
Over the past few years, Primero Group Americas has consolidated its leadership role in the construction-engineering field by focusing, among other things, on its project operation and maintenance activities. The company also has key expertise in feasibility studies for lithium mining projects, a critical and strategic resource of considerable interest to many in Québec, Canada, the United States and South America.
