A network that gives a voice to international businesses
Montréal International’s 2025 annual general meeting also marked the launch of the International Business Network (IBN), the first network to bring together subsidiaries of foreign companies in Greater Montréal. The IBN provides a collaborative framework where executives can share ideas with peers while leveraging the support of Montréal International to accelerate their growth and answer common challenges.
“International subsidiaries account for just 1% of establishments in Québec but generate 20% of its GDP. Their impact is major—but not talked about enough. In a fast-changing global economy, it’s vital that we collectively make our voices heard and support a competitive and dynamic business environment,” said Mr. Paquet.
Members of the network can also benefit from a tailored program that includes:
- Roundtable discussions and expertise sharing
- Greater visibility and strategic positioning
- Exclusive access to key economic content.
