As part of the strategic event on internationalization, Montréal International, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montréal and Investissement Québec International, is organizing an international recruitment mission to support companies seeking qualified IT talent.

Employers in the Greater Montréal area are invited to express their interest quickly, before April 30.

To attract the best talent to this online recruitment event, a 4-week promotional campaign will be launched. It will target candidates from a few strategically selected countries for positions such as: 

• Developers (fullstack, front-end & back-end) for the following technologies: Java / .NET / C# /Javascript / C++ 
• Business Intelligence Specialists (BI) 
• Information Technology Business Analysts
• DevOps 
• Scrum Master 
• Server Administrators
• Technology architects
• and many others.

Participating companies will also have access to an existing database of over 10,000 candidates.

A tried-and-tested formula using the Talent Montréal recruitment platform

From June 14 to 23, participating companies will have the opportunity to meet as many candidates as they wish. The online formula allows for great flexibility in scheduling interviews, and the algorithm behind Talent Montréal’s recruitment tool, developed by Montréal International, will help you with a pre-selection of the most compatible candidates.
